Our methodology

A task-based approach to measure real AI impact

Why we analyze tasks, not just jobs

Job titles are broad labels that hide day-to-day reality. Two CFOs can have completely different responsibilities: one may be highly exposed to accounting AI tools, while the other operates in territory where strategic judgment is irreplaceable.

Key analysis variables

Repetition

Frequency of task performance. High repetition = higher exposure.

Empathy

Need to understand human emotions. High empathy = lower risk.

Unpredictability

Degree of variability and uncertainty. More unpredictability = lower exposure.

AI Usage

Degree to which AI can already perform or assist this task today.

Strategic Judgment

Ability to make long-term decisions with incomplete information.

How our analysis works

We don't use a secret formula. We evaluate each task against 5 dimensions and place it on an exposure scale. The result isn't a number—it's a map that lets you act.

Exposure = (Repetition + AI Usage) - (Empathy + Unpredictability + Judgment)

The higher the result, the greater the vulnerability. But don't panic: a high result doesn't mean obsolete—it means there are tasks you can enhance with AI.

Strategic zones

Critical Risk

Highly repetitive tasks with low emotional component. High probability of total automation.

Symbiosis

Tasks where AI enhances your capability without replacing your judgment. The highest opportunity area.

Human Shield

Tasks requiring empathy, creativity, or deep human relationship. Virtually irreplaceable.

Limitations

This analysis is an orientative guide, not a perfect prediction. AI evolves rapidly and roles change significantly. Additionally, actual AI adoption in each organization varies widely.
